This page explains how an application or an admission can be cancelled.

Cancelling your application

You can ask us to withdraw your application before it is approved. Write to us through the Contact us page with your application number.

Cancelling after admission

If you want to leave a course after your admission is approved, tell us in writing with your enrollment number. Any refund is decided under the Return - Refund policy.

Cancellation by the institute

The institute may cancel an application, an enrollment, or a session where:

the information or documents provided are false or incomplete and not corrected when asked,
the terms and conditions are broken or the portal is misused, or
a course or session cannot be run. In that case we will tell you and, where possible, offer another session or center.

What happens to your account

When an enrollment is cancelled, access to that course's material and assignments is stopped. Your records may be kept as described in the Privacy policy.
